Imagine a sip of Liguria contained in a spirits bottle, allowing you to travel with your thoughts along the Riviera di Levante and Ponente, sip after sip, thanks to the artisanal liqueurs created by Andrea Falzone, Enrica, and Andrea Vacca. They have gathered over 30 years of experience in the distribution of wines, liqueurs, beverages, and mineral waters through their representation agency, Vacca Andrea & C. Rappresentanze Beverages.

During the lockdown, we believed the time had come to make “our dream come true” and create something unique and unprecedented in the field of spirits, catering to the market’s demand for versatile liquors, suitable for both straight consumption and as a base for cocktails. We wanted these liquors to offer an unmatched tasting experience, achieved by carefully selecting numerous excellent raw materials, such as the Basilico Genovese DOP and the Chinotto Presidio Slow Food di Savona.

It is the eldest of the Typical Liqueurs’ family! We sought out the best typical raw materials in Liguria: organic grain alcohol, organic brown sugar, PDO Genoese basil, organic sage, chinotto presidium Slow Food of Savona, organic lemon peel, organic mint. All these ingredients are then infused in mineral water from the Fonte Bauda in Calizzano.

It is a handcrafted liqueur based on citrus fruits and natural extracts, with an intense flavor given by the chinotto presidium Slow Food of Savona. It is made with traditional methods such as cold steep and stainless steel aging, using only high quality ingredients.
